Turnkey Briefs

Services

The practice accepts three categories of work. Fees and engagement terms are set after review of the matter. Pricing is determined by complexity, time allotment, and urgency. All sources cited in the final work product will be provided for counsel's review. All sources cited will be provided in separate .PDF files. All work product will be delivered in a .PDF format, .docx format, and will include a receipt in .PDF format. All work product will be delivered digitally as a single .ZIP file, along with extraction instructions. All work product will be sent via encrypted email or secure file transfer, with password provided separately. All work products, files, communications, and client files will be treated as confidential and are returned only to the retaining counsel of record.

Summary judgment briefing

Motions for summary judgment, responses, replies, and the supporting memorandum architecture that accompanies them. The work is written for the record as it exists, for use by counsel of record.

The offering is the brief itself. It is not a general motion practice desk and not a substitute for counsel who must argue the motion.

Appellate briefing

Appellate briefs prepared for licensed counsel. The site does not publish a standing list of courts or a standard page-count package. Whether a particular appeal is a fit is a question for the inquiry, not a menu selection. The brief itself is the product.

Oral argument and appearance are not marketed services of this practice.

Responses to Bar Complaints

Written Responses for the respondent attorney or counsel of record. The response draft is prepared for respondent based upon the facts and circumstances of the complaint, and the applicable rules of professional conduct. Due to the nature of these matters, further dialogue and consultation with the respondent attorney will be required to ensure the response is accurate and complete.

The offering is the response itself. It is not representation, appearance, or argument before the bar. Do not send the complaint, exhibits, or client names through the public form. File moves only after written engagement.

How to proceed

Send an inquiry describing the Court or disciplinary body, the posture, the record, and any hard date already set by the Court or Bar. If the matter falls outside the three offerings, say so. Matters that are not a fit will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
